Intensive Hospitality English Language Program (IHELP)

Improve your English and build a foundation of hospitality knowledge

Our Intensive Hospitality English Language Program (IHELP) is designed for students who need help to fulfil the entry requirements of the Bachelor’s or Master’s programs at Glion Institute of Higher Education. We tailor the course to individual student needs to improve their English grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, pronunciation, reading and writing. Upon completion of the program, at the Glion campus in Switzerland, students will take an official IELTS Academic English test, which is included in the fees.

Two English Course Length Options

Duration: 6 or 20 weeks depending on the student’s IELTS level

Hours per week: on average, 30 classroom hours plus 10 hours of independent learning

Candidate requirements:

o   Entry level: Requires IELTS 4.5 to 5.0

o   Minimum age: 17 years

Learning Outcomes

At the completion of the program students will be able to perform the following:
