Fabien’s experience as an academic instructor and chef has seen him teach at some of the world’s most esteemed restaurants and institutes.

Born in France, he gained a Bachelor’s degree in Restauration Units Management from Université Pierre Mendes France in Grenoble. Fabien also worked at Ecole Hoteliere deLausanne for nearly four years as a Senior Lecturer in Practical Arts and Production Coordinator role, with responsibility for over six outlets.

An experienced chef with accomplished skills in food and beverage, operations management and catering, in 2011 Fabien was awarded the Meilleur Ouvrier de France accolade, a status only bestowed to the world’s most talented chefs. He has imparted his knowledge as an Academic Instructor at Restaurant de l’Hôtel de ville de Crissier, which boasts three Michelin stars.

He joined Glion Institute of Higher Education in July 2017. Fabien is also a coach and jury member for the 2019 International Catering Cup, a competition that brings together some of the world’s finest caterers.
