Health & Wellbeing

On both our London and Switzerland campuses, students have access to support and guidance on a range of issues through the Health and Welfare department:

  • Physical Health
  • Emotional Health
  • Social Health
  • Welfare
  • Nutrition

A first line health service is available to students who are unwell during the day. This can include a health check and analyses of a health issue. Basic medication to help tide you over for the day can be provided. Advice on the most appropriate health provider in the circumstance is supplied and appointments can be organized as necessary.

Physical and emotional health

Medical centers and a counseling service are available for dealing with basic physical and emotional issues, with assistance provided in finding more professional help as necessary.
The medical centers can also provide students with nutrition advice and hold details of external specialists to assist with specific dietary needs.

To support emotional health, workshops and meditation courses are frequently organized, and faith-based advice is always available.

Social health and welfare

At Glion, we believe having healthy relationships with others is very important. For this reason, we organize numerous workshops around this theme every semester. Other workshops also discuss alcohol awareness and prevention, sexual consent, healthy relationships, stress management and many more wellbeing topics.
