Tiago Ferreira brings extensive real-world professional experience to the classroom, having worked in front office roles for a number of hotels in Switzerland and his native Portugal. He was most recently with the 4-star Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic in Montreux, and before that he was with the boutique Hotel Tralala also in Montreux and with Hotel Forte de Gaia, Autograph Collection in Porto. Tiago holds a Level 4 Professional Diploma in Tourism & Hotel Management and is proficient in four languages: English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
