Glion organizes luxury conferences each year on relevant topics within the hospitality and luxury industries. This year, we are hosting an Experiential Luxury Conference in Switzerland and have invited leaders from the luxury industry to engage in exclusive round-table discussions on the luxury client and guest experience. This conference format gives Glion students and graduates the opportunity to learn more from top-level speakers about trends, innovation and challenges in the hospitality and luxury sectors while meeting with industry leaders face-to-face.

 

Despite trends towards digitalization, consumers seem to appreciate the human element within the transaction process. At the highest levels of luxury, personal interaction is expected and the basis on which personalized service is delivered and loyalty built. Given the rapid growth and the volatility of global markets, luxury businesses are under constant pressure to remain relevant. They face the challenge of creating products and services that continue to inspire new clientele and purchasers of luxury while staying true to their origins and heritage and their traditional client base. A need to balance accessibility with exclusivity. In view of these conditions, speakers of the third Glion Luxury Conference will address the delivery of luxury experiences in a digital world and the challenges of seducing a wider client spectrum and meeting their expectations.

For the first time, Glion Institute of Higher Education is hosting a recruitment event dedicated exclusively to the luxury sector. Coinciding with the Glion Luxury Conference, the Glion Luxury Recruitment Day aims to connect luxury companies with hospitality students and graduates who are interested in joining this dynamic and growing industry.
