A native of Argentina, where rugby is a hugely popular sport, Gonzalo knows the skill and strategy that can sometimes be masked by the brute strength and hard tackling that are its hallmarks. He also knows the importance of great teamwork to success on the pitch; and this, he says, translates well to the teamwork that’s also an essential component of a successful hospitality operation.
