After an introduction to the fundamentals of global leadership, participants explore ways to adapt their leadership styles to the unique demands of cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.

The course then builds an understanding of how to create a psychologically safe environment, before a practical application enabling participants to apply learned strategies in real-world settings.

Naida Culshaw is a weaver and community alchemist, university lecturer and Doctorate of Business Administration candidate at Grenoble Ecole de Management, as well as a consultant and coach.

She brings to these sessions her 24 years in marketing and communications across diverse sectors; plus project management experience in both corporate and non-profit environments; as well as expertise in program development for both adults and youth.
