With at least five years of professional experience on your CV, now is the time to take your career to the next level. This Executive Master’s is purpose-designed to help you get there – with flexible study that means there’s no need to give up your current role.

At the heart of this program are four leadership-focused distance learning modules of 12 weeks’ duration each.

They are:

· Exploring New Luxury Ecosystems
· Branding in the Digital World
· Delivering Excellence in Guest Experiences
· Implementing a Sustainable Luxury Strategy

You will also take part in a number of Master Classes in areas such as branding, omnichannel sales, behavioral sciences and strategic sustainable investments and investors.

At the end of the taught curriculum, you will have a further six months to complete a Business Research Project focused on a real-world luxury industry business challenge.

The key to this program is its flexibility, enabling you to balance your learning with the demands of your professional role.

You will have 14-18 hours of study per week, with free access to smart tools and applications throughout the program. The curriculum is delivered through high quality digital courses accompanied by expert Master Classes, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

In each online module there are five to six Live Connect sessions of two hours’ duration, which are duplicated to cover different time zones. These sessions are virtual classes with faculty, enabling you to ask questions, interact with classmates and deliver presentations.

Two on-campus residential weeks, one in Switzerland and one in the UK, are an important element of your program. You will be taught on Glion campus, in the hills above Montreux, and London campus, which places you just 45 minutes by public transport from the vibrant heart of the city.

These immersive weeks incorporate face-to-face classes, workshops and discovery field trips, providing the perfect opportunity to connect and network with your executive-level peer group.

With more than 60 years of heritage, Glion occupies a unique position at the apex of luxury and hospitality business education. In doing so, we mirror the evolution of the luxury industry itself, where flawless service and creating memorable experiences have become essential to success.

While studying this Master’s, you will learn from specialist faculty and Visiting Lecturers who are drawn directly from the industry as well as the world of academia.

You will have plentiful opportunities to connect and network with faculty and fellow students while you study; then after graduation you will join an international Glion alumni community now 16’400 strong.
