We have been following closely the situation regarding the outbreak of the Coronavirus and we would like to update you on the actions, information and recommendations that are currently being implemented at Glion.

As you will be aware, Coronavirus has been declared a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organization.

Actions taken to safeguard the health of all students and faculty

• A specific health protocol is in place in our institution with precautionary measures and actions should any symptoms arise.
• We have reinforced our arrival protocols. A simple general health questionnaire and background check will apply to all new and returning students irrespective of nationalities and country of origin upon arrival either at the airport or the campus.
• We have strongly advised all students and staff to defer any travel to China, Hong Kong and Macau until further notice.
• We will comply immediately to any new National Public health authority recommendation

As a global community with a spirit of solidarity and openness to the world, we underline the fact that the situation is a concern for all of us at an international level irrespective of nationality and background.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and are being supported by public health advisors for further measures to be implemented.
