All of our Glion programs are taught in English. If your level of English language does not meet our admissions requirement, we offer an Intensive Hospitality English Language Program (IHELP), which you can complete before you start your chosen course.
Our Bachelor’s program includes 2 internship that will help you gain real-world experience, skills and contacts. We receive between 3 to 5 internship offers per student for a wide variety of companies, property-types, locations, languages and salaries.

What will you study?
Practical Arts & Internship
In hands-on courses, you will learn the art of hospitality in fine dining service and culinary arts, oenology, housekeeping and rooms division. The 6- month internship allows you to discover the realities of the industry.
Fundamentals of Hospitality Management
Administration and management courses teach you to apply strategic theory in preparation for the management internship. This year also offers semester transfer options to our partner institutions in Marbella, Spain or Shanghai, China.
Starting with the second internship, you will try your hand at applying management theory in actual industry business projects or a dissertation.
École Ducasse Masterclass
A two-week masterclass at École Ducasse – Paris Campus, which will immerse you in Alain Ducasse’s philosophy and contemporary gastronomy. An exciting new ingredient in the Practical Arts semester of our Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Business.
Final semester: Specializations
You will master the art of hospitality through practical, hands-on learning, as well as internships with some of the world’s leading organizations. Our lecturers provide cutting-edge information on the industry’s latest trends, while trips to partner institutions and visits from industry experts ensure our programs remain current and highly informative.

This specialization focuses on the increasingly popular luxury brand industry. It focuses on delivering exceptional personal service and the creation of unforgettable experiences. Our program covers a wide variety of areas, including hotels, cruises and spas.
Hotel Development and Finance
Our program will help you hone skills that prepare you for employment in the ever-evolving hospitality industry where there is a demand for a new breed of manager.
International Event Management
