What makes a great leader? Who better to answer that question than a ‘Leader of Tomorrow’, in the shape of Glion Bachelor student Victor Laursen?

For this fifth episode in our video interview series starring Glion students, we sat down with Victor Laursen, who is in semester 6 of his Bachelor’s degree. Appropriately for this feature strand, leadership was the topic up for discussion.

In a wide ranging conversation, Victor talks about the attributes needed to lead in today’s world, and how they are evolving under the influence of factors like social media and low power distance in the workplace. He also looks back to what he learned about leadership from his two professional internships, and he opens up about what sort of leader he aspires to be.
